As a company that provides communication services across various fields, our mission is to serve as a bridge between our clients and consumers.
With the rapid development of information technology in recent years, we consider the protection of personal information as a top priority in the conduct of our business, and we are committed to protecting personal information and earning the trust of our customers. All of us who are engaged in our business fully recognize the importance of protecting personal information, and hereby establish the following privacy policy.
1.When acquiring, using, or providing personal information, we will clearly define the purpose, obtain the consent of the individual, handle the information in a lawful and fair manner, and will not use the information for any purpose outside of our business objectives. In addition, we will take measures to ensure that personal information is not used for any other purpose than our business purposes.
(1) When we receive personal information from our clients:
We will handle such information in accordance with the rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and handling of personal information between the client and the Company.
(2) When outsourcing personal information:
We will handle personal information in accordance with an agreement or memorandum of understanding between the outsourced company and the Company regarding confidentiality and handling of personal information.
(3) When acquiring personal information directly:
We will acquire, use, and provide personal information only after explaining the purpose of acquisition to consumers in advance and obtaining their consent.
2. We will implement reasonable security measures, both technically and organizationally to address risks such as data leakage, loss, or damage of personal information. If any issues arise regarding the proper management of personal information, we will take prompt corrective and preventive actions.
3. We will comply with laws, regulations, national guidelines, and other norms related to personal information.
4. We will provide regular training on the personal information protection policy to our executives and all employees, ensuring understanding and adherence to the management system. Additionally, we will continuously review and improve the management system to ensure compliance and enhancement.
5. We will faithfully respond to complaints and consultations regarding personal information.

■ Outsourcing of Personal Information
We may outsource part or all of the operations handling personal information.
In such cases, we will conclude a confidentiality agreement regarding the handling of personal information with the outsourcing party and provide appropriate supervision.
■ Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information
If a person requests us to disclose, correct, or delete his/her own personal information or records provided to a third party, for which we have the right to disclose, correct, or delete, we will respond to such request within a reasonable period and scope after confirming the identity of the person making such a request.
